Understand the steps and procedures of a residential real estate transaction and the purpose of each stage. Emphasis is placed on preparing all documents required to complete a residential transaction from opening the file to examining the Agreement of Purchase and Sale to preparing all letters and documents including e-reg documents and final reporting letters. Participants should have prior learning or experience with Real Estate Procedures before taking this course. You will be provided with UNITY Software by the course facilitator at the beginning of your course. Your home email address, as provided to Fleming College, will be used to generate your software access.
