Fleming alumni dominate Tree Climbing Competition
Fleming College alumni have once again taken top honours at the annual Ontario Tree Climbing Competition (OTCC).
Graduates of the Arboriculture program nabbed the top four places in the men’s competition, which took place on Sept. 11, 2010.
Results were: 1st – John Ransom; 2nd – Ben Save; 3rd – Sean Hoondert; 4th – Mark Cooke.
Winner John Ransom will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Sydney, Australia to compete in the World Tree Climbing Championship in August 2011.
Fleming has taken the top spot in the men’s competition of the OTCC for the last 12 years.
