New programs approved
Fleming College’s Board of Governors has approved three new programs to start in September 2009.Office Administration – General, Office Administration – Executive, and Electrical Engineering Technician were given the green light to move forward at the Board’s November 26 meeting at the Frost Campus. The Office Administration – General is a two-semester certificate program that will provide students with the knowledge and skills for entry-level positions, and will provide a foundation for those wishing to continue to the Office Administration – Executive program. Office Administration – Executive is a two-year diploma program that provides students with a more advanced set of skills, expanding job opportunities. Developed in response to a technical skills shortage, the two-year Electrical Engineering Technician diploma program will provide students with a solid foundation in electrical/electronic theory and practices.
