Winners awarded in 2022 Innovation and Technology Showcase in Partnership with Bell
Peterborough ON – (May 9, 2022) – After months of hard work, research, presentations and evaluations, seven student teams were announced as this year’s winners of the Innovation and Technology Showcase in partnership with Bell.
Out of a total of 44 business and technology applied research projects, the competition was narrowed down to 12 finalists. On April 14, 2022, the top teams made their final pitches to the judges. Teams were evaluated on the ability to articulate project objectives, problems and opportunities, innovative thinking, project results and outcomes, and lessons learned throughout the process.
The first place teams in each category received an award of $2,000, second place finishers received $1,500 and third place $1,000; the amount is divided equally amongst all team members.
