This Open Studio has been designated as an intermediate/advanced level. Open Studios are only staffed with a studio technologist, fostering an open space for you to create without instruction. For health and safety reasons, an intermediate level of knowledge is required to work independently with studio equipment and materials.
Please note: You must bring your own non-ferrous materials. A supply of silver and copper is available in the campus store.
This is an opportunity for graduates of our jewellery certificate program or individuals with jewellery studio experience to have access to the studio for independent open studio. With 32.5 hours of studio time, participants will have access to equipment and tools, as well as a studio technologist for questions and guidance. Participants are encouraged to explore individual subject matter and style in an unstructured format.
