To withdraw from a course, a completed and signed Withdrawal Form must be submitted to Continuing Education.
If you want to apply for a refund, you must complete and submit the ConEd Withdrawal Form. The Withdrawal Form must be filled in completely to ensure that the refund can be processed. You must submit your withdrawal request by the corresponding deadline to be eligible for a fee refund. The effective date of your withdrawal is the date the withdrawal form is submitted; you will receive an email to confirm once we have received your submission.
Any fees paid by Credit Card will be directly refunded to the same Credit Card. Cheques will be issued for fees paid via any other method and will be mailed to the address on your Student Account. If you have not received your refund within 6 weeks of submitting the form and receiving confirmation of receipt, please contact Student.Accounts@flemingcollege.ca.
