Ali Woodley recently retired from a 33-year career at Honda of Canada Manufacturing, starting as a Paint Inspector and progressively earning her way to Vice-President/Plant 1 Manager located in Allison, Ontario. She was one of the first female plant managers in Honda North America. Woodley was responsible for the production of 820 vehicles daily and worked with her team to exceed challenging targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee professional development and engagement. She embraces volunteer opportunities that foster diversity and helps to inspire women of all ages to consider leadership careers in the technology sector. Since retiring from Honda, she has started working as a Service Manager for a custom home builder.

Stacey is a proud Fleming graduate and award winning automotive professional with over 20 years experience in the automotive industry. Upon graduating from the Electronics Engineering Technician/Technology program in 2001, she immediately started working at Toyota Canada as lead of their I.T. Help Desk. She went on to be a I.T. Project Manager and then as a I.T. Business Consultant to Toyota and Lexus Dealers. Over the past 10 years, Stacey has transitioned to various Management positions and is currently the Manager, Accessories Planning and Marketing at Toyota Canada. Stacey has been an active mentor with Skills Ontario Young Women’s Initiatives and Let’s Talk Science and is excited to connect with young female leaders to show how an education in STEM can open doors to a diverse career.

Janine has worked her way up at DCI for the past 16+ years, starting in the shipping department, billing, and now with the customer service tech team. Janine is responsible for customer communications regarding equipment repair and creating detailed repair quotes. Janine aspires to evolve into a tech support role and training customers - both on the phone and in person.

Pam Stoneham has over 25 years’ experience in an administrative capacity in Skilled Trades, Apprenticeship, and Renewable Technology as well as several years’ teaching experience in the post-secondary sector. Her industry experience with General Motors as an Electrical Engineer along with her Bachelor of Education from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and Executive master’s in Business Administration from Queen’s University have allowed her to have a unique and comprehensive perspective when leading her teams. Pam served as the Dean of the School of Trades and Technology at Fleming College for three years. She is currently the Quality Engineering Manager at GM.

Nicole LeClair started her welding journey by taking an evening class in welding which had a great impact on her. She then took a Welder Fitter course and completed a three-year Welding Engineering Technology program at Conestoga College. Since then, she has been a welding professor at various Ontario Colleges namely Mohawk and Sheridan College. Nicole has earned her Red Seal designation in welding, level 1 visual welding inspector certificate, as well as her International Welding Technologist's diploma through the IIW. Mary McLeod is the current Operations Manager for the School of Trades & Technology at Fleming College. She has a bachelor’s degree in both Engineering Science and Education. Mary is also a licensed Engineer and Certified Teacher in Ontario with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, in addition to being a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and an Asset Manager.

Olivia Scagnetto graduated from the University of Waterloo in Geological Engineering in 2020. She started working with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. As a co-op student and when she finished school, she went to work with them full-time. Olivia has worked with GPI in the Shoring division for almost three years and has been on site as a coordinator, in the office as an estimator, and an assistant project manager. She's always super excited to share her passion for the shoring industry and her love for the GIP team!

Michelle Ogley graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering in 2019, and from Queen’s University with an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering in 2020. She started working for Siemens Canada as a co-op student in the Quality department, and when she completed her masters, she returned to work there full-time for the Process Engineering team. Michelle has held this position for two years and has worked with exciting technology such as robots, lasers, and 3D printers to improve manufacturing processes. She’s always ready to talk about how the combination of mechanical engineering and lean manufacturing principles can be used to make things better, faster, cheaper, and safer for everyone.

Eileen is the customer service manager for a 6 person staff at DCI Headquarters in Kent, WA. Eileen and her team provide technical support to customers operating DCI locating equipment. Previous to working 25 years at DCI, Eileen worked as a Project Manager/Geologist for Directed Technologies Drilling, installing horizontal wells for remediation. Eileen has done a lot of technical writing and enjoys teaching and working with people.

Magerry has a certificate of completion for Human Resources Strategic Management from Lake Washington Technical College and started her 18-year career with DCI as a Manufacturing Production Assembler. After 6 years, she was promoted to Material Clerk and 3 years later, moved into the position of Outbound Operations Analyst.

Allessandra (Allie) is the Training Specialist for Digital Control Inc. She has been with DCI for nearly 10 years with previous roles as a Customer Service Administrator, Technical Support Specialist, and Territory Manager for Texas and Louisiana. As the owner Tania brings her wealth of field experience to the business and passion for industry advancements. Tania is also heavily invested in engaging with youth to explore trades career path. In support of this initiative Tania has partner with organization like Junior Achievement and advocates for more high school student involvement in the industry through co-op programs.
