Mosaics - Stained Glass House Numbers

This course has been designated at a beginner/intermediate level. These courses may branch into skill building beyond the beginner level, but the faculty member is also willing to take on students with no previous skills.
In this project-based beginner/intermediate mosaic course, students will design and create a beautiful house number using stained glass on cement board. Students will learn the basics of mosaic design, cutting techniques, as well as using mortar and grout. The finished product is 8" x 13" and ready to stand up to everything that Mother Nature throws at it.
