Acrylics - Creative Ways to Build Perspective

Course Code: ARTS2680

This course has been designated at a beginner/intermediate level. These courses may branch into skill building beyond the beginner level, but the faculty member is also willing to take on students with no previous skills.
Bring your paintings to life with depth and perspective. Going beyond the usual approach to perspective, you will study the works of several contemporary artists. Exploring their techniques, you will practice their methods on your own work. Abstract landscapes, colour intensity, natural and man-made paint structures using linear perspective will create intriguing results in your work. Learn to give depth to your paintings, producing a genuine 3D feel. You will be encouraged to work spontaneously and choose your own subject matter. This is a fast-paced course suitable for enthusiastic beginners and experienced artists who want to delve deeper into perspective.
